History
Krause Kirkpatrick Bertrand, PC co-founders, Timothy Krause, Bruce Kirkpatrick and Diane Bertrand each have a professional presence in Colorado that spans more than 30 years. Each provides reliable financial guidance to hundreds of clients, including physicians, medical practices and other medical entities.
The ever-changing healthcare environment demands continuing growth and attention to new compliance requirements, and the depth of healthcare knowledge shared by these three individuals continues through study, experience and shared successes. Each of the three shareholders traveled a different, but parallel path to create the dynamic, professional firm that exists today.
Krause & Company, P.C. and Kirkpatrick & Bertrand, P.C. followed a parallel professional path for many years. Both firms provided high quality, professional services to a diverse clientele with a primary focus on the financial needs of physicians and medical practices.
In 2003 Tim, Bruce and Diane began discussions about joining forces through a merger of practices. Soon after, the two firms proceeded on convergent rather than parallel paths and officially came together in 2007 to establish Krause Kirkpatrick Bertrand, P.C.
