This simple and unique spin on plain old green beans will match perfectly with those sliders. Add some green beans and shallots to a batter of flour, cornmeal, baking soda and some sault. Throw a hand full of beans and shallots into a deep fryer preheat at 275 degrees. The beans will cook tender crisp in the same time it takes to brown the coating. A simple and tasty treat!
