Restaurant Review: Pasquini's Pizzeria

New to the Cherry Creek, Pasquini's Pizzeria is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Of course, being a pizzeria means their #1 dish are pizzas, but they also have delicious pastas, salads, and sandwiches available. Plus, not only do they offer a wonderful lunch and dinner experience, but by being open until 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays allows them to serve late night meals after the local bars stop serving food.

In addition to their food, they also have a wide ranging beer and wine selection that is comparable to the standard Cherry Creek bar. All of their ingredients are top notch including their flour which is milled locally in Platteville, CO.

Inside, the floor is what could be considered typical of a pizzeria in that it is a checkerboard black and white pattern. The tables have random patterns of various bottle caps from both vintage and modern beers. There are TV’s hung up around the restaurant so no matter where you sit, you can catch a game. All in all, Pasquini's Pizzeria is a wonderful restaurant, and is sure to be in Cherry Creek for a long, long time.
